The companies

Three companies were never the plan

Ma.Le Solutions GmbH

Marketing strategy and planning first: positioning, audiences, channels, budgets and what each measure is meant to achieve. Execution follows from that plan and covers digital communications, social media, websites and ongoing consulting. Operates under the MarketingLeaders brand.

PR-Leaders GmbH & Co. KG

The exclusive arm, built specifically for executives. Interview formats around the person at the top, media presence for founders and owners, and strategic visibility where the individual carries the company's reputation.

Headline Communications GmbH

PR, media presence and strategic communications for companies rather than individuals. Founded with a business partner she had already worked with for years, and run jointly with him.

Topics she can speak to

Interviews, panels, expert commentary and written contributions, in German or English. Available in Germany, in Turkiye and online.

01

Running a company from another country

Three companies, around ten people and two offices in Germany, managed to a growing extent from Turkiye. What has to be true operationally before a founder's location stops being a problem, and where remote leadership quietly fails.

02

Germany and Turkiye as a business bridge

After four and a half years of regular stays and a house in Yalikavak since May 2026, the business question is becoming concrete. Where German and Turkish companies could work together, and what each side underestimates about the other.

03

The parts of entrepreneurship nobody puts in a pitch deck

Unpaid invoices, legal disputes, difficult business relationships, self-doubt and the points at which giving up looked reasonable. Why that experience is what makes her useful to other founders.

04

Turning down work

She would rather earn nothing on a project than sell a client something that will not help them. What that costs in the short term, and why long-term client value beats a signed contract.

05

Visibility in AI-driven search

People increasingly get an answer without ever clicking a search result. What that changes about how companies write, structure and prove their content if they want to be quoted by AI systems.

06

Founding a company at 25

Building a business in a male-dominated industry, being told it was too risky and too early, and what a non-linear path teaches about which risks are actually worth taking.

The story

Built businesses in Germany.Found rest in Turkiye.

Since her teens, Kathlen Bremer has known long stretches of very little sleep. For years, a few hours a night was normal for her, while her companies, her team and her responsibilities kept growing.

When she moved into the rented house in Bodrum and Yalikavak in May 2026, something happened that would sound unremarkable to most people. During one of her first nights there, she slept more than eight hours straight.

I could not remember the last time I had slept eight hours straight.

Her own connection to the country

Her first personal connection to Turkiye came through a relationship at the time. Over the years it turned into a connection of her own: the people, the mentality, the food, the energy and a willingness to help that keeps drawing her back.

Cesme and Istanbul

On a holiday in Cesme she was bitten on the leg by a dog and could barely walk. Shortly afterwards, in Istanbul, she had to cross an eight-lane road. Strangers noticed that she needed help and walked her to the other side.

I did not discover that willingness to help in some perfect holiday moment. I experienced it when I genuinely needed help.

Full bio, 150 words

Kathlen Bremer competed as a teenager in four-discipline competition, show jumping, dressage, running and swimming, and became a German national champion. After school, a commercial apprenticeship and several years in corporate roles, she founded her first company at 25. Today she leads three businesses across marketing, communications and public relations: Ma.Le Solutions GmbH, PR-Leaders GmbH & Co. KG and Headline Communications GmbH. Around ten people work on her team, alongside two offices in Germany. Because her companies are organised digitally, teams, client projects and daily operations can be managed across borders. For roughly four and a half years she has been spending time in Turkiye, and in May 2026 she rented a house in Bodrum and Yalikavak. Germany remains her business base. She knows the harder side of entrepreneurship first-hand: unpaid invoices, legal disputes and decisions nobody wants to make.
